Private and NHS hospitals can make referrals to Camford Medicals for all of the services listed below, ensuring forms are completed and signed and necessary medications are prescribed.

Home Cancer Care.
At Camford Medicals, we believe it is important for your patients to receive treatment where they feel most comfortable, particularly as cancer journeys can be a lonely and overwhelming time.
When a referral is initially made by you, our nurses will visit your patients’ home to cover their environment, any safety issues and the completion of information about their medical background.

Medicine Support Service.
For complex treatments, our specialist nurses will visit your patient in their home to administer their medication.
The treatments that our nurses administer include:

Pharmacy Support Service.
Some of your patients may require support with ordering, administering and collecting their medications.
Our chemotherapy and community nurses will collect the medication from the patient’s referring hospital pharmacy and transport them safely and appropriately to the patient’s home.

Home Blood Testing.
Camford Medicals can provide safe and professional blood tests with one of our qualified nurses, phlebotomists or healthcare professionals.
We source our kits from an approved supplier and ensure they are stored safely. Our service runs smoothly and with a clear process, so you know that your patients are in good hands.

COVID Testing.
We offer responsive home COVID-19 testing services, providing COVID PCR and COVID antibody testing.
If your patient opts for the COVID antibody testing, they will be conducted by a healthcare professional in their home with the correct PHE.

Health Screening.
Camford Medicals can provide a professional health screening service for your patients, which can either be conducted at a company facility or within their own home. This service includes blood analyses, genetic testing for nutritional requirements and a health consultation with a doctor.
